DISH meets the Lovett of our Lives
DISH had the wonderful opportunity to have a private music show at the Menil Monday evening 88.7 KUHF however that...believe it or not... was not the musical event of the evening. The after drinks and snacks were at the wonderful Texas based Hotel Zaza the the GM of the century Alex Aland. DISH was just stopping in for a supportive visit when our favorite Texas Aggie walks in...not just our favorite Texas Aggie but one of our favorite Texas musicians Lyle Lovett!!! Yes....DISH Publisher Love Freese went to A&M however we have never had the opportunity to meet this Texas Living Legend!! Thank you Lyle for taking time out of your evening to visit with us. You are a treasure! Blessings and love to you because you deserve it!!!

You can get a taste of it here in Houston this Thursday at Hotel Zaza! Local singer and siren Kristine Mills who's album is up for a Grammy award will be singing for her last time live here in Houston before she heads off to LA for the awards with local celebrity make-up artist Edward Sanchez!

Pink Door Putting YOU in the Pink
Checking the DISH email this evening we noticed this note from Pink Door Non Profit President and Founded Courtney Cole. We want to share it with you because if you can give back in anyway to the community we at DISH believe you should so here is an opportunity for you!
As Pink Door is in the works of shooting a video for "The Main Event" that could quite possibly become a commercial for Pink Door in the future courtesy of the lovely Shawn Lindsey and the gorgeous Tanya Hayes, please join us Monday, November 9th at 5:45PM/6PM - meeting at the fountains at the reflection pool. If you are not sure where that is, it is a lot easier than you think. Once you park in the parking lot at Hermann (near ZaZa Hotel), there is a long reflection pool and path across from the parking lot. You can walk along the path next to the long reflection pool, and we will be at the end where the fountains and a pointing momument are.
Please bring as many friends and family as possible (please forward to friends/family!) - we are working to gather between 100-200 supporters total! The more, the merrier!!
The shot will be one large group shot with everyone wearing a Pink Door T-Shirt. T-Shirts will be available at the shoot for you to pick up compliments of Pink Door!
