Samir Becic

Before Samir Becic became an internationally recognized fitness expert, earning a spot in Men’s Journal’s “Top 100 Fitness Trainers in America” list, he began his life-long dedication to health and fitness in Europe as a distinguished Martial Arts expert. It was in the structured and flowing training of Martial Arts that provided the background for the ReSync Method. 

After relocating to the US with a dream, determination, and talent, he soon began his career as a Personal Trainer, developing new training techniques for his clients. While he was Fitness Director for Ballys, the largest fitness facility in the US, Samir earned countless awards and recognition for his training techniques and passion for fitness:

He has been on the cover of Undefeated Magazine, Health and Fitness Sports Magazine and the Houston Chronicle and has had written articles published in Health and Fitness Sports Magazine, More Magazine, Mens Journal, and many European publications.

His personal training clients include many high profile Texans, including Rudy Tomjanovich, Deborah Duncan, Victoria Osteen, among others. Samir also acted as fitness consultant for Mayor Lee Brown’s fight against obesity in Houston with the Fitness Task Force Kick-Off program in 2002.

Scott Arthur

Scott is a 40-year veteran of radio and television. Born in Baltimore and raised in New Jersey, he began his career during college in Philadelphia.  He has since hosted talk shows; music shows and anchored news. Scott has also directed, produced and hosted television shows in Miami, Austin and Houston. His on-camera TV work includes local PBS presentations, infomercials, all night movie shows and a cable sports show.

Scott was the Public Relations Director for the Houston Hard Rock Café for ten years and the Media Relations Consultant for Houston’s Star of Hope Homeless Mission for thirteen years. He is currently the Director of Public Relations with that organization.

In addition, Scott was owner of Arthur and Associates; a Houston based Public Relations firm. Through his company, he wrote and produced Public Service and Commercial projects for radio and television featuring among others, George Bush, Clint Eastwood, James Michener and Danny DeVito. 

His community service includes a weekly radio show originating from Houston’s Taping for the Blind. The 60 minute broadcast is heard in Dallas, San Antonio and Austin. He has served on the Publicity Committee of the HLSR World Championship BBQ Cook Off since 2007.

Asked to name some of the highlights of his life, Scott includes his marriage, his mentoring experience, a flight with the Navy’s Blue Angels, His birthday skydive, his meetings with 4 Presidents of the United States and his 2009 Induction into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame.  

Mark Yzaguirre

 

 

Mark R. Yzaguirre is an attorney in Houston, Texas. 

He is a graduate of Rice University and Harvard Law School and has been involved with various political activities and cultural arts organizations in Houston over the years.

Cari has over 10 years of fitness experience with certifications in personal training, group fitness and yoga. Her specialties are diverse and include marathon training, bootcamps, boxing and yoga. She spends her time training professional athletes, the Rockets Power Dancers and teaching corporate fitness to many companies in the oil and gas industry. Cari brings a little of her Texas charm to all of her workouts while making sure you break a sweat! But, proper form and alignment is important to her and it shows.
