As the Houstonian battles pancreatic cancer, Patrick Swayze has been using medical marijuana to treat the nausea, insomnia and anxiety from the chemotherapy treatment.

“He’s recently gained a little weight and feels more normal than he has in months,” said a source. “Patrick was rapidly losing weight because he couldn’t keep food down.

The "source" continues to say that at one point, he was so weak that he needed help getting around.

“Patrick and his brother Donnie get together almost every day and smoke a joint. They have been seen smoking weed on the roof of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center while Patrick was getting a treatment,” said the family insider.

So...is Donnie sick too? and now that the "source" has just sold them out, will they get in trouble for particilating in the green??

According to TechRadium, a tech manufacturer of mass-notification systems, YES!

The Texas company claims they have a patent for inventing the concept Twitter is based off of and is filing suit against the website for patent-infringement.

According to reports:

"TechRadium said its IRIS (Immediate Response Information System) technology allows a group administrator, or message author, to originate a single message to be delivered simultaneously via multiple communication gateways to members of a group of message subscribers, who can receive the messages via voice message, text message or email, according to TechCrunch."

Not the best of news for Tweeters. We wonder what will happen if the suit goes to trial?!

Michael Jackson's shady Houston based doctor, Conrad Murray, is facing foreclosure as he is more than $100,000 behind on his mortgage payments. Well we guess that explains why he was billing the company for Jackson's treatments the second the star kicked it.

Murray bought his $1.1 million exclusive Red Rock Country Club home in 2004  but is facing weighty penalties since January on a nearly $1.7 million loan on the 5,268-square-foot mansion.

Between paying lawyers and being a baby daddy six times over ANDowing so much back child support he can kiss his home goodbye!

What say he loses his medical license within the year too! This guy can't win for losing!
