Re-Opening!!!
Ruggles Green, in the old Westheimer location is having their grand opening tonight! Right off Montrose, parking will no doubt be a nightmare, however...what an exciting night! It starts at 6 and goes until 9 so you can go after you hit up the Upper Hand Salon just up the street for the Man Plan book signing with Whitney Casey and Ohh La La Cupcakes =)
