Cantare Houston: Rememberence

A Ceremony of Carols

Purchase Tickets Now

In the Christian Church, Lent is a time of reflection and remembrance, of preparation for the Easter season. Join CANTARE in two of Houston's greatest cathedrals as we bring you Requiem settings by Ildebrando Pizzetti and Herbert Howells, the Lenten motets of Francis Poulenc, and the Texas premiere of Ola Gjeilo's Across the Vast, Eternal Sky. As you savor these transcendent works, presented in hallowed halls, what will you hold in remembrance?
