Michael Jackson's Dr Won't go to Trial Until 2011

Reports are saying Houston doctor Dr. Conrad Murray will not be facing a judge again until January 2011.

According to an insider when it all gets underway, the preliminary hearing will last anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

Turns out both camps are looking to push the judge for a date next year. During the hearing, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence for a trial.

Although Dr. Murray has pled not guilty to involuntary manslaughter resulting in the death of Michael Jackson, if found guilty he could face up to four years in prison.

Michael Jackson's Houston Doctor gets Warning

DISH is on pins and needles...sorry...bad joke....waiting to see how all of this plays out. Last night the news was the Houstonian, Dr. Conrad Murray was turning himself in today in connection with Michael Jackson's death. Today, there are simply whispers that he is planning to cooporate?? We are dizzy over here!!

Dr. Conrad Murray, who is currently being investigated for providing Michael Jackson with the drugs that caused his death, is now in Los Angeles and plans to cooperate with the D.A.'s office and LAPD as they charge him this week with Involuntary Manslaughter.

Here's to hoping there is an answer soon and if he should go to jail that he DOES go to jail.

P.S. Does anyone else find it suspect that he all of the sudden started paying child support for all of his children...even the one he claimed wasn't his when all of this started to close in on him?? He's on the John Edwards spin plan!
