Instead, the actor has been charged with a misdemeanor possession of marijuana for his June 4th arrest after the Plano, Texas fuzz caught him with a joint in his ride!!
If convicted, the baby face boy with the red white and blue eyes could face up to six months in jail!
It's best not to do drugs at all, KIDS!! See how stupid they make you?
