Reports are saying Houston doctor Dr. Conrad Murray will not be facing a judge again until January 2011.

According to an insider when it all gets underway, the preliminary hearing will last anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

Turns out both camps are looking to push the judge for a date next year. During the hearing, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence for a trial.

Although Dr. Murray has pled not guilty to involuntary manslaughter resulting in the death of Michael Jackson, if found guilty he could face up to four years in prison.
