This DNC super delegate in California has told the world that his vote is for sale for the low low price of $20 million. Ybarra wants every cent of the $20 million to go towards registering and educating eligible Mexican-American voters, who he calls the key to the White House. So at least it's all going to a good cause...sort of, no doubt it will be to swing those people democratic rather then letting them make their own decision...
