Vergie Arthur is HACKED at some Texas, not Dish of course, bloggers and TMZ! She feels that they have been spreading rumors about her. She believes she has a beef worth using up tax payers money and court time because she has allegedly been defamed. Arthur's legal papers, filed Monday in Harris County, includes a long list of defendants: TMZ, and its managing editor, Harvey Levin; Smith's longtime companion, Howard K. Stern, his sister, Bonnie Stern; and television journalist Art Harris, who runs The Bald Truth blog. Oh boy, this is going to be fun!
