HPD, You Have Some Explaining to Dooooooo...

A massive car chase JUST ended out 290. approximately a dozen cop cars were chasing the black truck. Shots were fired once the truck came to rest in a ditch and the police approached the suspects truck carefully but quickly realised that there was no threat. It was hard to see from the helicopter camera if they had shot the suspect...but the cops had to open the door of the vehicle and they all walked away from it...sans suspect.
