Athena Elliott of Spathena had just gotten a new certification and she is officially the FIRST certified Medical Nail Technician in the country! She was the first in Houston to use hospital grade sterilization in the work place! She is constantly continuing her education in her field so you don't have to worry about minimum practices here! You have to go see her! She gives the best mani/pedis in Houston and more over, if you have SCARY feet that have not been taken care of in a while or have a medical issue, she is trained to handle it! She is also diabetic specialist!

Wondering Why People with Botox are so Vapid?

A study in the new Journal of Neuroscience says that Botox – AKA: Botulinum neurotoxin type A – can move from its injection site to the brain stem. It could disrupt nerve cells and change spinal cord circuitry. HHHMMM.

I will still get it =) Speaking of getting some Botox, head over to Nuveau MedSpa on Waugh this Saturday between noon and 4. They are having an open house that will have reps from all of the latest and greatest in the cosmesudical industry. What? First they tell us we are fat and now they are saying we are in the top 70 of ugliest teeth in America???

Well I have 2 suggestions, 1) Floss and 2) get to Spathena in Uptown Park inside Uptown Spa!

You can get professional teeth whitening for tons less than the dentist would charge. It's the same thing your dentist does, for LESS! and it's faster! It's Win Win Win!

Go make yourself pretty...you might get more dates!

Thanks to Athena at Spathena located in Uptown Spa in Uptown Park Shopping Centre. From the special pedicure to the eye last extensions, manicure and teeth whitening! Are you kidding? I walked out of there today looking and feeling sooooo beautiful! Athena's spirit is so strong yet loving that you can't help but feel relaxed while you are there. Plus!!! She gives the ONLY medical grade mani/pedi in Houston! Everything is sanitized with more than rubbing alcohol. She uses one of the machines that dentists use. She specializes in diabetic foot syndrome-ingrown nails-heavy callus-eczma/psoriasis and chemo patients. You have to go spend time with Athena! You will be all the better for it!

P.S. There is a special relaxation pedicure treatment called the Heavenly Trance Pedicure that you can only get with a password!!
